We strive to provide perfect packaging; however, shipping mishaps are common. All Tingz Sweet is NOT responsible for items mishandled from 3rd party shipping companies. 

All cookies are individually wrapped & heat pressed to maintain shelf-life. Once seal is broken cookies are good for up to 10 days when placed in an airtight container.

Do to heat sealing some topping such as caramel, and glaze may stick to the packaging. 

All orders are made on Mondays and Tuesday. Typically, shipped on Wednesdays. However, please allow at least 1 week for items to be shipped out. Tracking numbers are provided once orders has been shipped out!
