Cookie Packaging & Shipping Information

Each order includes up to 12 cookies. We take great care in packaging, but please note that shipping mishaps can occasionally occur. Tingz Sweet is not responsible for any items mishandled by third-party shipping companies.

To ensure freshness, all cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed to maintain shelf-life. Once the seal is broken, the cookies will stay fresh for up to 10 days if stored in an airtight container.

Please be aware that some toppings, such as caramel and glaze, may stick to the packaging due to the heat-sealing process.

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Orders are made on Mondays and Tuesdays, and typically shipped out on Wednesdays.
• Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.
